At Ultimate Flights, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for flight bookings made through our platform.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking. By purchasing a ticket through Ultimate Flights, you agree to the terms outlined below.

In accordance with US Department of Transportation regulations, all flight bookings made at least 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Timeline: Full refunds under the 24-hour policy are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

The refundability of your ticket depends on the fare type selected at the time of booking:

Refundable Fares: Tickets purchased as refundable fares are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable service fees, when cancelled before departure.

Non-Refundable Fares: Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a cash refund after the 24-hour cancellation window. However, depending on the airline's policy, the value may be retained as a travel credit for future use.

Basic Economy: Basic Economy fares are generally non-refundable and non-changeable. Please review fare conditions carefully before purchasing.

The fare type and its conditions are clearly displayed during the booking process before payment is completed.

If your flight is cancelled or significantly changed by the airline, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of your fare type.

Significant Changes Include: Departure time changes of 3 or more hours, changes to departure or arrival airport, additional connections added to your itinerary, or a downgrade in cabin class.

Processing Time: Refunds for airline-initiated cancellations are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the airline.

If you need to change your travel dates or route after the 24-hour cancellation window:

Flexible & Refundable Fares: Changes are permitted subject to fare difference and any applicable airline change fees.

Non-Refundable Fares: Changes may be permitted by the airline for a fee, plus any difference in fare. Contact us to check eligibility.

Ultimate Flights Service Fee: A service fee of $25–$50 per ticket may apply for changes processed through our team, in addition to any airline-imposed fees.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

If you do not board your flight and have not cancelled in advance, your ticket will be marked as a no-show.

Non-Refundable No-Shows: No-show tickets are generally non-refundable and the full value of the ticket is forfeited.

Refundable No-Shows: If you hold a refundable fare and contact us before your scheduled departure, you may still be eligible for a refund.

If you miss a connecting flight due to a delay on a prior leg of the same booking, please contact us immediately and we will work to rebook you at no additional charge.

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after approval.

Travel Credits: Issued within 3–5 business days and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Ultimate Flights does not issue refunds in cash or by check. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card or account.
